In August 2020, ICAS and EASA also published a Report on Advertising Self-Regulation in times of Covid-19.
Our members have taken many actions for the benefit of consumers, businesses and regulators in these unprecedented times. SROs clamp down on advertisements that make unsubstantiated claims and exploit people’s fears and anxieties, they prioritize COVID-19 complaints and provide advice to the industry.
