ICAS Publishes the 2025 Global SRO Factbook

ICAS is pleased to announce the publication of the 2025 Global SRO Factbook, the latest edition of its global overview of advertising self-regulatory organizations (SROs).

The Factbook provides a comprehensive snapshot of self-regulation systems around the world, highlighting the role SROs play in promoting responsible advertising, enhancing consumer trust, and supporting high standards across the advertising ecosystem.

The 2025 edition offers information on national and regional SRO frameworks, including governance models, funding structures, complaint-handling mechanisms, copy advice and pre-clearance services, monitoring activities, and sector- or issue-specific self-regulatory initiatives. It also reflects ongoing developments in areas such as influencer marketing, environmental claims, and digital advertising.
