Registration now open for the ICAS Latin American Chapter Meeting 2026

ICAS is pleased to announce that registration is now open for the 2026 ICAS Latin American Chapter Meeting, taking place on Tuesday, 13 October 2026, at the Westin Camino Real Guatemala in Guatemala City.

The meeting is being organised by ICAS with the support of the World Federation of Advertisers (WFA) and will once again bring together members of the Latin American Chapter to discuss the most important developments affecting advertising self-regulation across the region.

The programme will feature an interactive roundtable and discussions on several strategic topics, including:

• influencer marketing;
• digital advertising and artificial intelligence;
• strengthening the capacity of self-regulatory organisations (SROs) in an increasingly digital-first environment;
• reinforcing the long-term sustainability and effectiveness of SROs across Latin America; and
• discussing the future format and priorities of ICAS Latin American Chapter meetings.

The meeting will be organised in a hybrid format, enabling members who are unable to travel to participate remotely. Nevertheless, ICAS encourages members to attend in person whenever possible to maximize opportunities for collaboration, networking and knowledge exchange.

The ICAS meeting will be followed by the WFA LATAM Regional Meeting on 14–15 October, creating three days of discussions dedicated to responsible marketing, self-regulation and public policy in Latin America.
