Sibylle Stanciu appointed as new ICAS Manager

Brussels, March 10, 2020 – ICAS, the International Council for Advertising Self-Regulation, is welcoming today a new ICAS Manager. Sibylle Stanciu-Loeckx joins ICAS from the European Association of Communication Agencies (EACA) where she worked as Senior Programme Manager. In a prior role, she was the Director of Operations and Policy at EASA, the European Advertising Standards Alliance. Sibylle brings more than twelve years of relevant experience in association management, advocacy and advertising self-regulation. She holds a Master Degree in Philosophy and speaks English, French, German, Dutch, Romanian and Italian.

At ICAS she will be leading and coordinating the work of the association, its communication, advocacy and financial management. She takes over from Soraya Belghazi, who has successfully managed ICAS through its formative years.
